1. How will I know that my booking is confirmed?
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail on your registered e-mail id with details of your booking & credits will be added to your wallet.
2. What is the day pass booking process once I purchase a bundle?
Sign in to the Awfis website with your registered e-mail id & select a center of your choice.
Provided there is availability at the center for the selected date & in the case of meeting rooms, selected time slot, at checkout an equivalent number of credits will be deducted from your wallet. Please note, one credit for a meeting room booking is one hour.
A confirmation email with booking details will be sent, and this process should be repeated for each new booking. In case you've run out of credits, you may purchase a new bundle.
3. What happens once I arrive at the center?
Upon arriving at the center, show the booking confirmation received on your e-mail id at the front desk. Once verified, you will be provided access to Wi-fi. In case of a day pass, you will be allocated a seat. For meeting rooms, all meeting attendees will gain access via the confirmation email, so sharing the same in advance will ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

You can access any of our coworking centers across the country, subject to availability.
5. If I purchase a day pass bundle, can I expect to have the same seat each time?
Seat allocation is based on availability & follows a first-come, first-serve approach. No prior confirmation on the seat type will be provided.

7. How long is the validity for my bundle?
Bundles are valid for a period of 180 days from the time of purchase.

9. Can I modify the location, date or time slot after a credit is deducted?
No, the location,date or time slot of a booking cannot be modified once confirmed.
10. What does my day pass include, and what is not included?
Your day pass includes access to high-speed Wi-fi as well as unlimited tea & coffee. However, services like printing & parking are not covered in the booking but can be availed on a chargeable basis subject to availability.
11. What is included in my meeting room booking?
Your meeting room booking includes access to high-speed Wi-fi, audio-visual set-up as well as unlimited tea & coffee restricted to the time slot booked. However, services like printing & parking are not covered in the booking but can be availed on a chargeable basis subject to availability.
12. If I fail to show up for a booking, will the deducted credits be restored?
Unfortunately, deducted credits cannot be restored unless the booking is cancelled by Awfis due to unforeseen circumstances
13. Can I bring guests?
Unfortunately, guests are not permitted with the day pass. If you reserve a meeting room, guests up to the room's capacity are allowed & are permitted to access the premises only during the booking period.
14. Is it possible to extend the duration of your meeting room booking?
You can extend the duration of your meeting room booking by making another one on the Awfis website subject to availability
