At Awfis, the design partners are encouraged in voicing and assisting with what they believe is best for the sapce. Awfis being a shared workspaces provider requires a much broader spectrum of thought , where a designer must transcend the usual design sensibilities of a space and think of a varied user base with sometimes absolutely contradicting work profiles.
At Awfis, the aim is to provide curated experiences through the programme #AwfisMoments. In its pilot edition in November, members were part of a 'Culinary Week', consisting of cooking competitions, dessert trails, and scotch tastings. They also got to attend sessions with chefs giving training on cooking techniques and sushi-rolling.
There is uberisation of real estate and hence we are hopeful to grow in tier 2 cities as well. While 85% of these spaces are in Tier 1 cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru, the remaining 15% are based in Tier 2 cities.
